use of stand-alone intelligent product test equipment
(jigs) or PC-based universal semi-automatic test benches
assures thorough functional verification of modules under
multiple simulated conditions.
All products are actively BURNT-IN at very high
temperatures before dispatch. This assures accelerated
ageing of the product, pushing it to the minimum failure
point of the BATH-TUB Curve.
